These terms govern your use of cavaroco.com and the purchases you make through our online store.

Using the store

You may not use cavaroco.com, our products or our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

You may not attempt to interfere with the operation, the security or the features of the site.

Product information

We take care over the descriptions, photographs, colours, specifications and other information published on cavaroco.com.

Actual product colours can still vary slightly with lighting, photography, manufacturing variation and your screen settings.

We reserve the right to change, update or discontinue a product where necessary.

Prices

Prices are shown on cavaroco.com and may change over time.

The total amount due is shown at checkout, before you complete your purchase.

Orders

After you place an order, you receive a confirmation at the email address or contact you gave at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order where that is reasonably necessary, including where there is:

• a transaction suspected of fraud
• a pricing error
• a payment problem
• a product availability issue
• incorrect customer details
• a technical or stock error

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund the amount.

Your details

You are responsible for the information you give us when ordering: first and last name, email address, phone number where requested, and a complete delivery address.

We cannot guarantee correct delivery where the shipping information provided is wrong or incomplete.

Payment

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current payment and billing information.

Payments may be processed by third party payment providers.

Every transaction is subject to authorisation and verification by the payment provider concerned.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free to every country we currently serve, with no minimum order value. The destinations we currently serve are shown at checkout.

Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days. This is an estimate and can vary with carrier delays, busy periods, public holidays, customs formalities, or any other circumstance outside our control.

Withdrawal, returns and refunds

If you buy as a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product, with no need to give a reason.

Separately from that legal right, we offer a 30 day commercial return guarantee from the day you receive the product. This guarantee is a voluntary commitment on our part, it sits alongside the legal right and does not replace it.

Return shipping is at your expense, except where the product is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not what you ordered. In those cases CAVAROCO covers it. Refunds go back to the payment method used for the order.

Every mask comes in its own sealed sachet. A sachet unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back, for health protection and hygiene reasons. A mask whose individual sachet is still sealed is taken back on the usual terms.

You must contact us before sending a product back, at support@cavaroco.com. Our customer care team reviews the request and sends you the steps to follow, including the return address.

Do not send a return to any address without contacting us first.

Statutory guarantee of conformity

The statutory guarantee of conformity applies by law to the products we sell to consumers. Nothing in these terms limits or sets it aside.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the CAVAROCO name, the brand, the original content of the site, the visuals, the texts and other original material belonging to CAVAROCO may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior permission.

Prohibited uses

You may not use cavaroco.com for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive or harmful purposes.

You may not attempt to access the site without authorisation, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious software, or misuse our services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the applicable law allows, CAVAROCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any liability or right that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable consumer protection rules.

Applicable law and complaints

These terms do not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

If you buy as a consumer, you keep the remedies and the courts that the applicable rules make available to you.

Changes

We may update these terms where necessary.

The most recent version is available on cavaroco.com. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent the applicable law allows.
